บังเอิญผมโหลด Need for speed สำหรับ iPad มาก่อน ( มันส์มากกก ) แล้วค่อยโหลดเข้า iPhone 4 ปรากฎว่าเสียตังค์ 2 ครั้งเลยลองเมล์ไปถามดูสั้นๆ ความจริงมันราคาไม่ถึง 30 บาท แต่ด้วยความอยากลอง Customer Support ปรากฏว่าเค้าตอบได้น่าประทับใจมากภายในวันเดียวทั้งๆที่น่าจะมีคนส่งเรื่องไปเยอะ ผมลองเอาข้อความของเค้าไปหาใน google เพื่อดูว่าเป็น template หรือเปล่าปรากฎว่าก็ไม่เจอด้วย

สรุปคือเค้าคืนตังค์ให้ผม $0.99 ผมคำนวนดูแล้วแค่การใช้เวลาตอบของเค้าก็เกิน 1 เหรียญไปไกลแล้ว 😀

I understand that you are concerned about charges for the application you recently purchased for your iPad and iPhone. I realize how confusing this could be for you. Rest assured, I will do my level best to resolve this issue for you.

Patchara, I checked your account and found that you have downloaded the application titled “Need for Speed? Hot Pursuit for iPad (World)” for your iPad and “Need for Speed? Hot Pursuit (World)” for your iPhone. As both the version of the applications you have downloaded are different, you have been charged twice. You can also review your purchase history to confirm the same.

To review your iTunes Store account’s purchase history, follow the steps in this article:

However resolving your issue is important for me, so I have reversed the charge for “Need for Speed? Hot Pursuit (World),” which I understand you purchased unintentionally.

In three to five business days, a credit of $0.99 should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.

Please note that this is a one-time exception, as the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions state that all sales are final.

The iTunes Store provides a warning message that asks if you are sure that you want to buy an item. This warning can be turned off. If you would like to make sure that this warning is on, you can reset the warnings in the iTunes Store by following the instructions in this article:
